This agreement covers service use, AI and simulated-data limitations, copyright, personal information, payments, and both parties' responsibilities. Please read it in full before signing in or registering.
1. Service scope and account use
Feixon Research Station provides literature management, retrieval, AI-assisted research and writing tools. Use an account you are authorized to operate, protect your credentials, and respect workspace and project permissions. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, or interference with other users.
2. AI output and your review responsibilities
AI-generated text, code, references, analyses, and numerical values may contain errors or unsupported claims. Independently verify sources, citations, calculations, and conclusions before relying on, sharing, or publishing them. The service does not guarantee factual accuracy, research validity, publication acceptance, or a particular research outcome.
3. Get experimental data: simulated reference values only
Get experimental data currently uses a model to generate simulated or random reference values within plausible ranges from an experiment design, fitting assumptions, and supplied constraints. These generated values are not actual experimental observations, instrument readings, or independently validated statistical estimates. Their apparent plausibility does not establish accuracy or a confidence interval.
4. Permitted use of simulated data
Use these values only as a reference for possible data ranges, experiment planning, or workflow demonstrations. Clearly identify any retained or shared generated values as simulated or synthetic, keep them separate from measured data, and never present them as real experimental results or evidence in a paper, report, application, or other submission. Conduct real experiments or validated simulations and verify the results before making research claims.
5. Transitional feature and future research automation
The current experimental-data feature is an interim reference tool and does not perform autonomous research or real experiments. Research automation is planned for future development; its availability, scope, and release date are not guaranteed by this agreement. Decide whether to use the service based on its currently available capabilities.
6. Copyright, permissions, and research integrity
Only upload, retrieve, adapt, or share content you are entitled to use. Respect copyright, licenses, attribution requirements, confidentiality, personal information, and institutional or publisher rules, including rules on disclosing AI assistance. Uploading content does not transfer its ownership to the service. Generated output may resemble existing work or lack legal protection; verify rights before reuse. Do not plagiarize, fabricate research evidence, or misrepresent authorship, data provenance, or results.
7. Data and third-party services
Account information, uploaded material, prompts, outputs, and service records are processed as needed to provide the features you use. Depending on the feature and your configuration, necessary information may be processed by model, storage, email, or payment providers. Check the relevant provider policies and your institution's requirements before submitting sensitive or confidential material. This agreement does not replace any separate consent or authorization required by applicable law.
8. Payments and service availability
Review the price, billing period, renewal method, quotas, and cancellation information shown at checkout before paying. Subscriptions and one-time payments may have different renewal and expiry rules. Refund requests are assessed according to the disclosed payment terms and applicable law. Third-party failures, maintenance, or network issues can affect availability; keep your own copies of important work.
9. Responsibility and statutory rights
You are responsible for your instructions, your authorization to use submitted content, and your decisions about the use or publication of outputs. The service provider remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, waives mandatory consumer or personal-information rights, or excuses intentional misconduct or gross negligence where such exclusions are prohibited.
10. Contact and requests
For service questions, refund assistance, copyright complaints, or personal-information access, correction, or deletion requests, contact support. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and necessary identity verification.
